About Core I Training
In Core I, you’ll be introduced to the foundational principles and model of Core Synchronism. We’ll explore the physiology of energy, fluid, and skeletal motion, and how disruptions in these rhythms can lead to inflammation and pain. You’ll learn how to work with the cerebrospinal fluid to guide the body back into balance—supporting its natural ability to heal.
This hands-on training includes demonstrations of manipulation techniques, hand placements, diagrams, and movement directions. Each student will both give and receive six Core treatments during the training, with an emphasis on practice and integration.
What You Will Learn:
The mechanics of skeletal response to energetic and fluid-directed motion
Two key Core manipulations: Temporary Pause and Full Pause
How to palpate and correct the core current
How the skeletal frame—including the cranium and facial structures—responds to fluid fluctuation
Step-by-step demonstrations and guided practice of skeletal manipulations
How to apply Core principles to support and improve lymphatic system function
Upon completion of Core I, you will be certified as a Core Synchronism practitioner.
