We have 2 spaces available for rent!
Surrounded by nature and intentionally curated for presence and practice, our space offers a quiet refuge for deep learning, healing, and connection. Designed with simplicity and soul, the classroom invites focus and flow — whether you're hosting a training, workshop, or intimate gathering.
With access to a shared kitchen, flexible furnishings, and serene outdoor views, every element supports a grounded, spacious experience for both facilitators and participants.
RENT OUR SPACE
North Boulder Studio
Our North Boulder studio is a serene, light-filled wellness space available for rent. The center room features a welcoming lounge area with a couch and coffee table — perfect for gathering, teaching, or hosting. Local products, crystals, and wellness offerings line the shelves, creating an atmosphere that already feels intentional and alive.
The space is ideal for:
Women's circles and group healing events
Movement, yoga, or somatic classes
Workshops and trainings
Product presentations or pop-ups
Dream groups or ceremonial gatherings
Team meetings with a wellness edge
NORTH BOULDER STUDIO
What’s Included
Seating for up to 20 — folding chairs for flexible configurations
8 massage tables available for bodywork or hands-on trainings
Quiet, private classroom surrounded by nature
Open floor space for movement, meditation, or mat-based practices
Shared kitchen with tea station and essentials for light meal prep
Blankets, bolsters, and props available upon request

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Alyssa’s Home Space
Alyssa's home space is a warm, intimate gathering space available for smaller events and community offerings on select weekends.
Perfect for:
Intimate women's circles
Small workshops or classes
Group sessions and healing circles
Coaching or facilitation groups
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 90 days or more, in advance, deposit will be refunded. Deposits can be applied to a new event date for cancellations made between 60 and 89 days from the event.
Cancellations between 30 and 59 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations between 29 - 15 days owe 15% of the remaining fee (totaling 50% of rental fee) and cancellations 14 days and under owe the full rental balance to be paid within 10 days of cancellation.
Outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file.
Securing Your Dates
35% deposit is required to secure your dates. Balance of rental payment is due the day prior to your event. Renters must provide individual liability insurance with Una Vida named as an additional insured.
